"When I'm doing homework, it's like watching TV. It made homework easier because it's more fun. I wanted to spend more time doing my homework. I learned more with TVTextbook because of the way the information was presented."

"I don't like math. I came into class prepared not to like class. But I was surprised. I loved the TV. I even loved the lessons. The graphics were way cool. This made me want to do my homework. Now I feel different about math. I think I like it now!"

"It breaks down the steps in such a way that even parents can understand. It's good because as a study aide for home, it puts a child in a comfortable setting and makes it fun. It's so fun, his little brother offered to do his homework for him!"

"The strength of Destination is that it provides alternative learning styles. It individualizes a student's learning, and it's a wonderful program in that it has all of the modalities – visual, auditory and tactile."

"I want to let you know that I absolutely love the units! Destination Math is already a part of our Go Math curriculum, and a wonderful program. The students and teachers are familiar with this program and use it regularly at school. Currently, students that do not have internet access cannot participate in the Destination Math and other Go Math resources and opportunities from home. If students were offered the option of using a TVTextbook, we could ensure that all students have equal access to needed resources/materials at home and at school. I found (as did my children) the unit easy to work with-my 5yr old was able to work the controls and caught on very quickly. Overall, I am very impressed with the unit and the academic possibilities I see. I would love to see these available to our students!"

"Here are some things I wanted to share with you about the TVTextbook that I reviewed for you:
• I sent it home with 5 kids. All loved it. One was overwhelmed with joy to receive it, and cried when she had to give it back.
• I used it with 10 others in-class - all with excellent feedback.
• I feel that it could help level the playing field for a lot of kids that lack connectivity at home
• The idea that they can have 3G, as well as Internet browsing capabilities are powerful. This creates connectivity where there is none currently, and brings households onto the Internet giving them access to email, internet, wikipedia, etc..."
