Nancy Bauer
EVP Marketing and Communications
Nancy brings a wealth of marketing experience in education, retail, and philanthropy, both in corporate and consulting roles.
Prior to TVTextbook, Nancy worked with the National Dairy Council on the development and marketing of a variety of nutrition-based online K-12 programs, including the flagship Fuel Up to Play 60 (www.FuelUpToPlay60.com), a partnership between the National Dairy Council, the National Football League, and the USDA.
June Herold
EVP Product Development and Technology
June’s an innovator in elearning, synchronous technology, interactive games, and social media. She’s also a poet and is passionate about improving K12 literacy. She’s developed products for consumers, business, and non profits. Most recently at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, she marketed premium services based on the Destination Reading and Math series and also developed 21st century MMOG school and consumer versions of the pioneering games: Carmen Sandiego and The Oregon Trail. Previously at AOL Inc., she earned six patents for real-time social media functionality such as the sharing of digital assets; electronic invitations; gaming; and ecommerce. She also created AOL’s Education Services, which won awards from the Assoc. of Educational Publishers for web-based learning games and skills-and-drills apps for reading, writing, and math. Previously at Discovery Communications, Disney, and News Corp., she led content programming and creative services.
